Do you accept returns and exchanges?

I will gladly accept returns and exchanges on all items except for gift cards, custom jewellery, and earrings (due to hygiene reasons). 


You must:

  • Contact me within 14 days of delivery
  • Post items back to me within 30 days of delivery

I aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours, so if you’ve not a had a response to your email, then please check your junk folder before chasing.

Where should I send my item(s)? 

Items should be returned in their original packaging and condition to:

Haus of the Dead, 4 West Terrace, Hucknall, Nottinghamshire NG15 7GD.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, then a refund will not be given.

What if my item(s) arrive damaged?

If an item arrives damaged or is defective, then please send me a photograph along with your order number and I will arrange a replacement for you.
